How to use each tool
Virtual Staging~$0.24/photo
- Drag in one empty-room photo, or a whole batch at once -- each gets its own settings.
- Click a photo tile to open it, then pick Room type, Style, Mood, and Intensity.
- Want something specific placed exactly somewhere? Click on the photo to drop a numbered pin, then type what you want there (e.g. "place a fridge here").
- Search and tag which listing this batch is for (optional, top of the page) so spend gets tracked per house.
- Click "Stage All Rooms." Each photo takes about 30-90 seconds.
- Review results right in the grid, or download later from the Library tab -- every past render is saved there.
- Updated 2026-09-14: furniture now varies between renders of the same room type + style (family room, living room, bedroom, and primary bedroom so far) -- re-staging two different houses the same way won't hand you the identical couch and lamp anymore.
- Updated 2026-09-14: doorways and walkways are now kept clear of furniture, and a lamp's warm glow no longer shifts the color of the walls or the rest of the room -- both are automatic, nothing to change in how you use the tool.
Image Cleanup~$0.24/photo
- Upload the photo you want cleaned up (clutter, cords, personal items, etc).
- Pick what to remove and how strong the pass should be.
- For a specific spot only, click the photo to drop a numbered pin and describe exactly what to remove there.
- Tag the listing (optional, top of the page), then run it.
- Not quite right? Use the correction/revise option on the result instead of starting over.
Twilight Conversion~$0.24/photo
- Upload a normal daytime exterior photo.
- Click the photo to pin specific spots (e.g. "turn this porch light on") if you want targeted changes.
- Tag the listing (optional), then run it to get a warm dusk/twilight version.
HDR Editor~$0.24 + $0.08 per extra bracket
- Upload 2 to 5 bracket exposures of the exact same shot (same camera position, different exposures -- dark to light).
- Tag the listing (optional), then blend. The tool combines all the exposures into one balanced, natural-looking photo -- bright rooms, true whites, crisp window pulls.
- This is a blend, not a redesign -- nothing is added, removed, or recomposed, only the exposure/color is corrected.
Property Line MarkerFree
- New step-by-step flow, under Editing: Step 1, Pick your shoot -- search the property by address or client name and it pulls the listing straight from HD Photo Hub, nothing to download or re-upload. Photo not in HD Photo Hub? Use "or upload a photo from your computer" instead.
- Step 2, Pick your photo -- choose the aerial/drone shot that shows the whole lot from that listing's real photos, then press "Use this photo."
- Step 3, Draw the lines -- drag the four corner dots onto the property's corners. Drag the middle of a line to bend it into a curve, double-click a line to add a corner, shift-click a corner to remove it.
- Shooting two lots side by side in one photo? Click "+ Add new lot outline" to draw a second property line on the same photo -- overlay, blur and border settings apply to both lots together.
- The panel on the right controls overlay style (darken/desaturate/blur), border style/color/weight, labeled pins, and the legend -- save your own combination as a named preset to reuse on future listings.
- Step 4, Download -- "Download JPG" saves it to your computer; "Send to HD Photo Hub" pushes the finished photo straight onto that listing's portal instead (only works if you picked the listing by searching in step 1, not the manual-upload path).
